I recently stayed at Mercure in Heilbronn for a visit to the University. The hotel's location was perfect, close to both the Rathaus and the campus. The design of the hotel was interesting, with my room facing the road but still quiet inside. The large rooms were well-equipped and in good condition. The breakfast area was nice and the breakfast itself was delicious. a great experience!

The hotel's proximity to the university is excellent, and despite facing the road, my room was surprisingly quiet inside. The service is great, with a fantastic bartender named Ricardo who made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel offers amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, a flat-screen TV. Plus, furry friends are welcome, and they even have air conditioning. my stay here was mind-blowing and I highly recommend it!

My stay at Mercure in Heilbronn was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel room had a modern elegant touch, which added a sophisticated ambiance. The bathrooms were well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities that one might need. the beds were fitted with very comfortable mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I did find one minor issue during my stay. The pillows provided were uncomfortably low, which affected my sleep quality.

Spending Xmas Vacations

Our Christmas stay was wonderful. We loved the large and spacious rooms which added to our overall comfort. The location was perfect for exploring the city and having a nice meal in one of the surrounding restaurants. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Being able to enjoy the live music in the lobby was a cherry on top of an already sweet stay.

The only negative was the lack of spa amenities inside the hotel, but the nearby public spa was still accessible and enjoyable. getting to their parking garage could be a bit confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area.
